Hello Trish, thank's for the compliment, I've been training for many years, but only 3 years for competition, and I have an excellent trainer. This year, the package on stage was quite different from last year, I was 8 pounds heavier in lean mass. Lot's of hours in the gym, but it pays off and I love to see the results in the miror. Ans I'm not ashame to wear a bikini on the beach lolol even at my age.

i been to Lanzarote, Majorca ,Turkey, Italy, France, Germany. these are my holidays. since i was 11 on my school holidays i went out with my father to most of Europe because he is a lorry driver. so i used to travel with him when i could get a chance to.
